Dave and Gill Harper The church began in Dave and Gill's home in 1987. Dave now leads the eldership team and works with other Newfrontiers churches across the North-West region. |

Neal and Julia Garratt Neal and Julia live in Ashover with their four children. They joined the church in 2006 and currently lead a community group which meets in Matlock. |
