Church in the Peak fully supports the work of the Matlock Area Schools Trust (M.A.S.T.).

M.A.S.T. is an interdemoninational trust that was formed in January 2002 to support people ministering in our local schools.

Presently they support James and Christine Coates from Steep Turnpike Evangelical Church, Michael Fentem from the Derbyshire Dales Christian Centre at Wirksworth and Ray and Beryl Briddon from the north of the County.

At the heart of M.A.S.T. is a passion to teach young people the fundamentals of the Bible. James, Christine, Michael, Ray and Beryl all bring a wealth of experience of working with children and use a wide variety of visual aids and fun!
